Our fiber optic cable factory handles the complete manufacturing process from fiber coloring and buffering through stranding, strength member application, and final jacketing.

Patch Cord Lines
6 LinesHigh-precision fiber optic patch cord production with automated cutting, stripping, epoxy curing, and precision polishing. Each line handles SC, LC, FC, ST, and E2000 connector types across single-mode and multimode fiber.

Standard Patch Cord Lines
3 Lines (incl. 1 MPO/MTP)Specialized lines for high-volume standard patch cord production plus one dedicated MPO/MTP assembly line for data center applications. The MPO/MTP line handles 8, 12, 24, and 72-fiber assemblies with precision ferrule alignment.

PLC Splitter Line
1 LinePlanar Lightwave Circuit splitter production with automated chip bonding and fiber array alignment. Producing blockless, mini-tube, ABS box, rack-mount, and LGX cassette form factors from 1x2 through 1x64 split ratios.

100% Testing Zero Compromise on Quality
Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials including optical fiber, cable jackets, connectors, and ferrules are inspected against TTI Fiber's internal specifications before entering the production floor.
In-Process Testing
Critical parameters are monitored at each production stage. Fiber geometry, concentricity, jacket thickness, and tensile strength are measured throughout the manufacturing process.
End-Face Inspection
Every connector end-face is inspected under 400x magnification using interferometric measurement. Radius of curvature, apex offset, and fiber height must meet IEC 61300-3-35 standards.
Optical Performance Testing
100% of finished products are tested for insertion loss and return loss. Cables undergo OTDR testing. All results are recorded and traceable to individual production batches.
Environmental & Mechanical Testing
Samples from each batch undergo temperature cycling, humidity, vibration, and pull-force testing per IEC/TIA standards. Outdoor cables are additionally tested for UV resistance and water penetration.
Final QA & Packaging
Finished products receive final visual inspection, labeling verification, and proper coiling or spooling. Each unit is individually packaged with test reports and shipped with full traceability documentation.
